PowerPoint Empowerment Series: using quotes

“PowerPoint may not be of any use for you in a presentation, but it may liberate you in another way, an artistic way. Who knows.”

-David Byrne

I can almost feel the confusion and scoffing at the idea that PowerPoint could be artistic or liberating in any way, but I find that it can be, which is why we’re starting a Slideshare series on simple ways (read: you can do this!) to make your PowerPoint more artistic, ways it can stand out from the crown.

Each Slideshare presentation will show you a few different ideas on how to tackle the topic at hand (quotes, title slides, styling photos, presenting data, etc) and then show you exactly how to recreate each design. We’ll also include some helpful resources at the end of each deck. We hope this is a helpful and ultimately liberating resource for you. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click through the presentation to get all the info!
